Ever since I was a child, two things fascinated me equally: animal documentaries and movement. I could spend hours watching how primates swung between branches with magical grace, how felines stretched, how horses galloped... But I didn't just watch: I also wanted to move like that. To run, to jump, to stretch. I felt that my body was made for something more than just sitting.
Years later, I earned my degree in Biology and specialized in Primatology. Studying Barbary macaques in the Moroccan Atlas and Gibraltar —observing their way of moving with grace, efficiency, and total connection with their environment— made me question something: why have we humans lost that naturalness? I understood that movement is our most ancestral language. Primates don't "exercise." They move because their bodies are designed for it. And ours are too.
That led me to unite my two worlds: biology and movement.
 

When science and movement met

I began working from the perspective of primatology to understand how our bodies are designed; through scientific education to translate neuroscience and biomechanics into useful tools; and through yoga to integrate body and mind into this practice.

From that, The Evolution Method was born: traditional yoga integrated with evolutionary movement and applied neuroscience. The goal is clear: for your body to regain the mobility, strength, and calm it is meant to have. A toned and agile body is the natural consequence. It’s not magic. It’s applied biology.

In every session, we work in an integrated way: you will develop flexibility while building real functional strength. Your body will tone naturally, respecting how it is designed to move. Conscious movement not only transforms your physique but also improves your brain: more memory, better concentration, and greater emotional control. When body and mind synchronize, true transformation occurs: stress is reduced, mental clarity emerges, and you experience real, lasting well-being.
