Three Paths, One Essence

Yoga is an ancestral practice that transcends time. I offer three classic styles (adapted to different levels, even if you have never practiced yoga before) so you can find the one that resonates most with you depending on your current needs and goals.

Based on the Ashtanga Primary Series. The traditional practice that strengthens the body and mental discipline. Fixed sequences that allow you to progress steadily, connecting breath and movement in a powerful meditative flow.

Yin Yoga. Stillness and deep introspection. Passive poses held for longer periods that gently open the body while calming the mind. Perfect for balancing the fast pace of modern life with moments of sacred pause.

Vinyasa. Creativity and fluidity in motion. Sequences that flow like a dance, adapting to your energy in the moment. Each class is unique, combining strength, flexibility, and personal expression.

Yoga + Meditation 

(90 minutes) 

  • Asana practice in the style of your choice.
  • Guided meditation to integrate the practice.

 

Yoga (60 or 90 minutes) 

  • Complete immersion in the chosen style.
  • Focus on technique, breathing, and presence.

Meditation (35 minutes) 

  • Traditional concentration and mindfulness techniques.
  • Conscious breathing and deep relaxation.
