Yes. Using your camera is optional. However, keeping it on allows for personalized, real-time corrections—just as if you were in a physical studio. This is especially beneficial in our small groups, which are limited to a maximum of 6 people.

A mat, comfortable clothes, an internet connection, and a positive mindset. For some specific exercises (within The Evolution Method and Evolution Women), a light dumbbell (1-2kg) and a resistance band or strap are recommended—though they are not essential.

Yes, I do. In addition to my signature method, I offer exclusive Yoga classes based on Ashtanga, Dynamic Yoga, and Yin Yoga.

I have been practicing Yoga since 2017 and have completed various teacher trainings and retreats. I also hold the official certification for Yoga Instruction — AFDA0311, Level 3.

Yes—and in some ways, it’s even better. By practicing in your own space, at your own pace, and without the commute, your focus naturally deepens. There’s also an added benefit: when the class ends, you’re already home. No travel time, no sudden shifts in environment.

About The Evolution Method

Because the various movement patterns and breathing techniques are backed by peer-reviewed research. In the Natural Lab section, I will be sharing and discussing these studies in detail.

Evolution Women applies The Evolution Method™ specifically to female physiology. It includes a greater focus on hip mobility, hormonal balance, and movement patterns tailored to the female body. It is a more specialized approach.

Pricing & Bookings

Send me an email at hola@helixbysusana.com with your available times. If there is enough interest in a new time slot, I will open a new group.

Group classes can be booked up to 48 hours in advance. Private sessions require a minimum of 5 days' notice—this allows the necessary time to carefully prepare and tailor the session specifically to you.

As a special launch offer, you get access to all the group classes included in your chosen plan for the month (Helix Moon: 4 classes / Helix Full Moon: 8 classes).

You can distribute your sessions throughout the month however you like. For example, if you are away during the last week of the month, you can book all your classes during the first two or three weeks. There is no long-term commitment once your month is up.

Yes. You can book a single class, and if you don’t feel it’s for you after your first session, I will refund your payment within 24 hours. No questions asked. This is our First Class Guarantee.
